
Nzene Sylvester Enongene, Executive Director
Sylvester Nzene an agro-economist, a seasoned agro-pastoral organizations’ adviser and proximity auditor, is the Executive Director of PFPF with 23 years experience in public and non-profit organizations. One is a graduate of the Regional College of Agriculture Bambili- Cameroon, the Asian Rural Institute – Japan and The Center for critical Service iLEAP Seattle USA where he gain a better understanding of sustainable agriculture and integrated rural development, a heightened awareness of development issues and international understanding.

Ekwe Samson Ntio, Programs Manager
Samson is a holder of a National Diploma after graduating from the Regional College of Agriculture Bambili- Cameroon. Sampson has as well completed a Diploma program from the Asian Rural Institute – Japan, where he studied Sustainable Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. Sampson has 25 years of working experience as a Servant Leader for both Public and Private Sectors. As a civil servant, Sampson served the Government of Cameroon in the capacity of quality controller of Forestry and Wildlife Resources in the South West and East region of Cameroon respectively for 25years before joining PFPF as the head Monitoring and Evaluation.

Ms Ngalame Doris, Educator, Board Chair
Doris Ngalame is a teacher by profession with a 25 years experience and board chair of PFPF. She has served as a classroom teacher and head mistress of a couple of schools within the Ministry of Education, from where she was elected Deputy Mayor of Bangem Council and later President of the network of indigenous women groups in the Municipality. She has a sharp awareness of her own styles of leadership and expertise in management. One is imbued with knowledge and tools to reinforce financial management and the supervision of the projects, and strategies to establish some ties with the financial donors and the organizations of the private and public sectors. She has headed a delegation of women to the Prime-ministry of Cameroon to advocate for development issues of Bangem municipality particularly on roads of all seasons.

Ms Kome Nkwelle Mary, Program Coordinator
Mary Kome Nkwelle is a graduate of the Regional College of Agriculture Bambili- Cameroon where he studied Sustainable Agriculture and community development. She has 6 years experience serving as Village extension worker in the National agricultural extension program, Bangem zone within the Ministry of Agriculture. Mobilizing communities and facilitating creation of farmers groups, & transmitting information on improved agricultural practices, mainstreaming gender in all program operations. Assist in micro project identification, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
After Ephraim’s graduation with a first class National Diploma in Natural Resource Management from the Southern African Wildlife College, South Africa, Ephraim pursued a Master Degree in Environment and Development at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Ephraim is PFPF coordinator for Conservation and Tourism program. Ephraim has 20years of working experience after working as Senior Forestry and Wildlife Officer with WWF/EU Korup Project for 14years, with the Cameroon Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife for three as a senior Conservationist and with the WWF Cameroon Congo Basin Program as Wildlife Coordinator for 3years before joining the PFPF team. As PFPF team coordinator for Conservation and Tourism program, Ephraim is responsible for the conception of projects and facilitate the smooth implementation.
Florence ETTE ABUNAW
Florence ETTE ABUNAW holder of a post graduate diploma law and a diploma in Magistracy from the University of Yaounde-Cameroon and the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) Yaounde-Cameroon. She is Co-founder of PFPF and has an 8 years experience working in the Legal Department in the Cameroon judicial system as State Counsel
She is motivated by the rate of Juvenile delinquency, discriminatory laws against women and socio-cultural practices that continue to restrict women’s access to land, particularly discrimination of women land ownership, inheritance of property rights and forced early childhood marriages that are major causes of women vulnerability in the South West Region of Cameroon. Member of the judicial caucus on environmental law in Cameroon and participated in the Juvenile delinquency working group in respect to the various laws in Cameroon: The criminal procedure code.
Lydia Mbolle
Lydia is a holder of both Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) London Certificate and International computer Driving License ICDL Diploma obtained from the Presbyterian Synod Office Buea-Cameroon in collaboration with its management in Switzerland. As a young enthusiastic lady, Lydia serves PFPF as the Finance/Administrative Manager. She has substantial knowledge in general administration and a mastery of accounting principles. She has served as volunteer and student intern in varied profit and nonprofit organizations.
